$1,000 off Purchase Price for every Friend you bring to see your new home

1. Every Saturday and Sunday between January 14 -29, 2012, Buyers will get $1000 (one thousand dollars) off purchase price for every “Referral” that they bring to see the Toll Brothers model home at Preserve, Heritage, and Heights.  
2. Referral does not need to purchase a home for buyer to receive credit.
3. No limit on the number of “Referrals” per buyer.
4. For the first forty “Referrals” that the Buyer brings, Buyer will get a one thousand dollars discount off the purchase price per “Referral”. After that, buyer gets a one hundred dollar discount off purchase price per “Referral”.
5. Certain limitations apply regarding lots eligible for the forty "Referrals" incentive. See Community Sales Manager for details.

If a “Referred Friend” buys a Toll home then:

1. Buyer receives a $5000 credit and referred friend receives a $5,000 credit at the referrals close of escrow

Restrictions:

1. Buyer can only start accruing the credit the day AFTER he signs the purchase agreement until the end of the promotion.
2. Definition of “Buyer” – All parties included on title of the purchase agreement.
3. Definition of "Referral" - Households that have not previously registered with Toll Brothers. Each household can only qualify for the $1,000 credit once, regardless of how many people in that household register. Household is defined as an original address. Referral must provide original address for eligibility.
4. Buyer must accompany “Referral” for eligibility anytime during the event.
5. In Yorba Linda, “Referral” has to see both Preserve and Heritage. In Rancho Cucamonga, Friend just has to see the Heights @ Haven View Estates.
6. If Buyer’s “Referral” comes during the weekday, then Buyer only gets a one hundred dollar discount off Purchase Price
7. "Friend" must have ID, over 18 years old, know the buyer's name and property address.
8. Buyer is responsible to ensure that incentive form is delivered to the appropriate Sales office for eligibility.
